Sender name can be alphabetical or numerical or the combination.
The Sender name field is the last field on your compose page. By default is will display your first name (Personal account) or Company Name (Business account). You can edit to any other name of your choice.
To Save a Message to your draft folder at any stage of a message you can click on the Save Message button to save a copy of the message and you can continue with message compose.
Type the phone number of each recipients into the compose field separating each number with a comma. Alternatively type each phone number in a single line.
Navigate to Compose Message on the Main menu.
On the compose page, complete your message compose button and once done with composing message click on the preview button.
On the preview page that opens review your message to ensure message is due for delivery
Click the Schedule button to open the scheduler window
One the scheduler window, name your schedule and set the delivery date and time
Click the ‘Save Schedule’
Message is saved to your scheduler and broadcasted at the scheduled time provided user has sufficient sms for the broadcast.
Navigate to ‘Sent’ on the Main menu. By default BBN will display list of all sent messages.
Mouse on the icons below ‘Actions’ to view the functions, either to : View Message, Forward Message or View Delivery Report.
Navigate to ‘Sent’ on the Main Menu in your BBN account. Select the message you want to delete and click on the ‘Delete’ button on top of the message.
BBN SMS provides option for exporting periodic delivery report from your BBN account to CSV file.
Navigate to Sent link on the Main Menu. Select the period for which you want to get report.
Click on the Export button. A dialogue window will appear. Select the Save File option and click the OK button to proceed with report export.

By default BBN will identify the contacts field and the email field (if available) on your phonebook and require that you specify or exclude the other fields
Once done select the group you wish to populate contacts into and click the Import button
Contact will be uploaded into your phonebook
Note: In situation where you wish to upload contacts into several groups, create contacts for each group in separate CSV documents.
Please do not name your columns just proceed with the phonebook content
By Default an excel document is stored with .xls file name extension. Microsoft also has other formats for storing spreadsheet data one of which is the .csv (comma delimited)
To save your excel sheet contacts in excel format, open your excel document with Microsoft Excel open the File menu and navigate to ‘Save As’. The save as dialogue box will appear.
Enter the filename in the relevant field and select CSV (Comma Delimited) in the file type field.

STEP 4 A page pops up, please enter your debit card number, expiry date and PIN into the relevant field and click the ‘Pay’ button to proceed with payment.
If payment was declined by the service provider, BBN Checkout will redirect you to the Recharge page where you will have to re-enter card information.
If payment is successful, within a few seconds BBN Checkout will instantly confirm your payment and your account will be recharged automatically. Click on the ‘Continue to BBN Service’ button to view transaction history.
